After the 4th City Mayor’s Report of Mayor Corvera, the formal launching of Project Posterity immediately followed. A rondalla presentation by the SMART Youth Performers entertained the crowd with their rendition of the Cabadbaran Song to officially signal the start of the 2nd part of the affair.

Project: Posterity was an ambitious undertaking of the City Government aiming at preserving and imparting to the next generations of Cabadbaranons the rich history, culture, traditions, beliefs, technology and even the famous culinary product recipes of the and lifestyle of the Cabadbaranons. The said time capsule will be buried in a very strategic and secured location within the vicinity of the Cabadbaran City Hall Grounds where its location coordinates will be safely recorded to ensure that the next generations of Cabadbaranons a hundred years from now will get to trace it and have a glimpse how life was in Cabadbaran a century back.

Highlighting the occasion was the unveiling of a small replica of the proposed design of the time capsule. With so many things that are yet to be done and created along the said project, City Mayor Dale B.
